Called and NOT used
Rule 59 of the 1959 system agreement Trainmen who are called and leave their place of residence, or Trainmen who report for duty, and for any reason are not used, will be allowed compensation for all time held with a minimum of one quarter of a day, on a basis of service for which called. When Trainmen are released after reporting for duty, they will be notified, whether they are to stand first out or last out on the board. If not notified, they will stand first out. If placed last out on the board, they will be allowed one hundred miles at through-freight rate for the call.
