Who do I contact with questions/Issues regarding my paycheck?
The best way to contact payroll is by calling the help desk @ 312-322-6466 or by sending an email to pay@metrarr.com.
If you send payroll an email or get the payroll voice mail and need to leave a message, please be sure to leave a detailed message of the issue and include your name, your Metra ID number, the best telephone and email at which you can be contacted.
The email, phone and voice mail are monitored Monday through Friday from approximately 6:00am until 4:00pm.
