Holiday and Special event agreement dated June 16, 2003 only applies to six specific dates. Be sure to claim 1 additional hour for a back up( in some cases 2 hours if you did 2 backups) and 1 additional hour for taking the working trip. This is done on your working timeslip as an out of scope claim. Also submit a make/whole non service claim. If you work off of your assignment due to service disruption, then you need to claim that work under the off assignment agreement dated March 12, 2014. Please note: it is NOT out of scope, it is off assignment. Paid on a minute per minute basis for all time spent off your regular assigned job per the current crew sheet. This is a non service claim.
