CMS Mishandling Claim Paid
I asked this member if I could post the results of the CMS Mishandling claim he put in. He was first out on the protecting extra board, but an employee from an outlying point was called to protect this assignment which originated at his home terminal. He was paid all lost earnings for the assignment due to the mishandling. The Carrier did not even deny the claim and make him chase the money. Please utilize the claims process if your agreement is violated, thank you.
