You only have 10 days so do not hesitate to start the process as soon as it posts to the company website. Make it part of your daily routine, while checking orders, to see if any were put in. This job is hard enough without having management document everything they "feel" instead of the actual rule. "what we would like to see" is not a rule violation. Look the rule up and discuss it PROFESSIONALY. Use tact and respect when conversing with management. Don't give them anything!
