Claims
Listen. I am firm believer in the claim process. With that being said, from printing out paper and put in the box to now electronically submitting it has been a process. The instructions is one thing. But to think that you doing right and then get turned around and get responses that you not doing it right is frustrating. Especially if they are legit claims. There should be a tutorial or video instructions. Also if something isnt right. Correct it and let the member know what you did wrong and what needs to be done moving forward. The copy and paste responses dont do it for me. I believe there has to be another option as well. I truly believe that's why there isn't alot of claims submitted as it should ie. Mobile device claims. That should be automatic to all employees. But that is another discussion. I hope that we can find a easier way to do this. Especially we in the business of looking into the future of doing things. Thank you.
