I heard they were using the drone at g2 today. I thought they couldn’t fly the drone at proviso that they needed special clearance

From CFR 14 107.39. With all the crafts and contractors in the area I do not see how the carrier can say they are following these rules. There is amendments that have been made to long to post here but from reading through it I still believe the carrier can not legally fly it over people and they can’t guarantee they are not with all the moving parts going on at one time.
