TSC: what's in it for me? Can anyone speak intelligently on the topic? Other than officers who already buy into the program. How does it benefit me as an employee? And don't tell me it's safer, if we cared about each other as "railroad brothers" we would already be coaching each other on unsafe behavior. Seems like this program is just collecting data for the carrier.
