So with the AWTS Board in place and a good handful of people on it section 2 of the AWTS Agreement states “every effort will be made to work and train at the extraboard location nearest the employees residence.” But I’ve only noticed an AWTS established for proviso none for yardcenter or global 1. I find it hard to believe all the employees on it live closest to Proviso and with them being newer they may not be aware of this. It also states “if an employee is required to work or train more then 30miles from there residence they will be provided lodging, $30 a day meal reimbursement and mileage reimbursement.” Is anyone holding the carrier to this agreement? Is anyone who lives closer to yardcenter/G1 requesting to work out of those locations and being denied?
