I really don’t understand why are we sitting back and letting this happen. What can we do? I mean I’m over it.

Happy new year to you all. My question is how do we start fighting instead of grasping and complaining about all these situations? I see we gotta start pushing back especially the way they’re pushing down on us. But until then again if anyone wants an early vacation spot to trade for later it'll be greatly appreciated.

So if they admit in so many words that there’s no lockers and trying to make some available for us, then why do they keep denying our claims?

Apparently they claim they did, because all mines got denied and said plenty of lockers are available. I take it that that there’s a secret location.

These muthafuckas knows how to annoy the fu*k out of us. I had them to check this morning and they said I wasn’t on the list. Now I take it that their glitchy ass system just updated now right? I guess this why they shouldn't rush us out the door then either.

Please elaborate. I’m saying this because I’m also stepping in their shoes, and it wasn’t that great for me as well but I trying. I'm all for different views as well just so I know if I have to train someone I won't lead them astray.

Not all. And if you do have those, which I have, I continued working like he’s not there. Stay in the crew room. Get em out my way. He’ll figure it out at a harder rate (from experience). But I refuse to group everyone in the same category. Again some are better at being hands on. The problem is, the training lacks enough time for teaching, not enough and enough training to familiarize themselves with their main territory. I understand not trying to coddle them, but at some point we gotta help each other out too. Train them up so it won’t be harder on the next one. We all still learning ourselves.

Classroom time has been cut short, it’s definitely not their fault. At this point I’m not even looking at the trainers. Plus the training has been cut short right? And I might be a little defensive because I was them and I understand from both ends. I blame the carrier, but they’ll be the first to fire them when they mess up and have the whole crew under stress. I honestly want to break the cycle.

I guess I should’ve written it better. Can we work on fixing this? I mean we're pushing for more rest so just something I think would benefit us.

Y’all really be irking me with this bullshit. Remember where you came from. No one was born to do this, we all learned just like them. Some caught on quick and some slower than others Some if not most of em probably got rushed through training class and seem to not grasp or catch on until they’re out there. Just be patient and teach them the right and correct way. It’s a whole different level between training and the real thing.
