Just get you some FL apparently it's good on holidays, every weekend and anytime you just don't feel like working. So why are we worried about 11-4 when you can just take Fl anytime you need a day off

I’ve asked about this years ago cause it’s always been a long drive for us Rochelle, Sterling and Belvidere, Pekin guys. I’ve even asked why there isn’t a meeting at least once or twice a year held somewhere for us outlying guys. Pretty sad the only time I’ve been to a meeting is while I was borrowed out. Shoot you do a virtual a guy sitting in his room in Clinton could attend. But I’ve been told it’s against the bylaws or constitution or both. Guess they worried it could be hacked or the company spying. Was also told they tried one in Rochelle once but no one showed up.

No they just don’t pay attention to what they’ve already been taught. To busy wanting to play on a phone, sleep, or worried about what time they’ll get off. Plus key words in your comment is "wants to learn". Quality of new hires is terrible.

Honestly probably nothing since our Representatives that made the TA continue to not address my main objections to the contract but I will not vote yes for something I don’t agree with regardless of who tries influence my vote.

Must be solely based on the wage increase,cause health care nearly gets doubled and quility of life pretty much gets kicked to solve later

They gonna get it one way or another, out of your check or at the end of the year, plus won’t exactly know when they’ll pay it to make changes

How convenient after midterms

We gonna get screwed on the back pay anyway if it’s a lump sum 3/4 of it will go straight to the government
