If we can’t call CMS because our Employee ID/PIN Combo doesn’t work through the call in number…
Good morning Metra members currently the process is being arranged to give us AVR access until then I’m including in this post Help Line numbers to CMS that avoid the regular prompt of the AVR.

These are also Help Desk numbers as well.
