Borrow-Out Pay Error
If you are on a borrow-out to a former C&NW territory and are not receiving the rate of pay, arbitraries and crew consist payments of your originating district, you need to open a Timekeeping Service Center ticket and add me as a viewer (otso348). State the following:
Please adjust pay on (timeslip #) to comply with Agreement #2612169983. Article 4 states specifically, "CNW train service employees assigned to the borrow-out Board and working at locations under the jurisdiction of the CNW Lines General Committee will be compensated the rates of pay, arbitraries and crew consist payments they would be entitled to on their originating seniority district."

Thanks Pete for following the process of resolution for this issue. I have progressed this to the General Chairman along with a list of affected employees and examples of pay. He will contact the Carrier and get a resolution. I will update here ass soon as I get a response.
