AWTS Understanding
If you are offered AWTS from furlough, you have the choice to not accept. By not accepting, a junior employee will be offered the position. If they accept, they may now be recalled to full-time before you since the PRIMARY SOURCE OF RECALL is AWTS. This means that you will no longer be eligible for AWTS since there are junior employees working full time. You can only come back to full-time by bidding these positions or a recall from furlough because AWTS is exhausted. Please keep your bids updated.
