The Full Truth for Borrow-out's
For those of you that have been told that you must belong to the Local in the effected district to get the bonus payment. I have attached sideletter #3 which clarifies this. You don't have to belong to that Local to get the payment, you just have to be there for 90 days.
However, if you want a ballot, you need to be a member of the effected district.
