Borrow-out's Vacation
I received word from the General Chairman that the Carrier has agreed to a Letter of Understanding to the 1999 Borrow-Out agreement to allow Borrow-out's to have their vacation based off the last list you were associated with at your home terminal. I will post it as soon as I get it.

I’d like to personally thank @Karl Joost for his efforts, as well as every Brother and Sister that tirelessly fought, presented precedence, argued and produced articles of our agreements that may have aligned with our request all the while assisting in reaching a timely, fair and favorable resolution to this issue.
