Please ensure that all computer based training in success factors are done today. The Carrier has put out a broadcast message and addressed it in Chicago Complex Superintendent Bulletin #19 as well as Commuter Operations Superintendent Bulletin #16. It will be hard to defend the charge the Carrier puts out when they present this at the hearing. Thank you.
