Here is my prediction
Current railroad employees will quit, in huge numbers, after the contract back pay is deposited. You cannot treat people poorly and expect them to be loyal. We are loosing our families, health and happiness to corporate GREED. We like our work on the railroad but for many of us the corporate beat down is not sustainable.

Its what they want to happen. Then more will lose their jobs when they cut extra boards and institute ABS everywhere. Might not be getting one man crews now but still getting a new way to significantly reduce manpower one way or another
