With the sudden interest by the Union Officers in Total Safety Culture, where are the "facts" for us to decide for ourselves? Who will decide which employees will be involved? Isn't it voluntary to participate? What happens if you decline? Too many questions without answers on the membership level. And the biggest question of all, how would this program of self reporting or documenting each other benefit us? Just sounds to me like we would be doing a mangers job without compensation. Our safety record speaks for itself. If it's not broke.... Don't fix it.
