Conditions of Being Forced by CMS
Can anyone explain the process of being forced to a job and not being able to exercise our rights of being displaced or (bumped). Such as I get bumped from one job and while being in bump status they don’t let me place myself to a job because they have forced me to a different one not being able to possibly catch a 12hr job or transfer but putting me on anything they want. Would this be a claim??

Normally yes, but when a vacancy exists that needs to be force assigned, the bump board is a source to draw from for that vacancy.
