The BLE&T will be putting out forms for you to fill out for their claims against the Carrier for a violation of the Vernon Award. We are hoping this helps compel the Carrier to allow you to take out a box and get paid for it again. I have already talked with Sam Thomason who agrees that pitch and catch is the safest way to run RCO. Please fill out the forms and place them in the box provided in the crew room. Thank you.

I just got off the phone with Doug Lee. Effective immediately, all Utility Employees will check out a box and use it when required. If it is not built into your assignment, put in a non service claim. A broadcast message will he put out. They are working on building this into the job through Timekeeping.
