We need public transit to take essential workers where they need to be to end today's Coronavirus crisis and then to help our economy to recover after we defeat it. We need at least $32 billion in emergency federal funding to start to make up for lost fare, toll, and tax revenue that our public transit system relies on to run buses, trains, rail, paratransit and more! Can I count on you to please save the subway and bus system with emergency funding to rescue riders like me from a collapse in public transit service in the future?
