File a witness slip
File witness slips in support of HB 2524, which would limit freight train length to 8500 feet.
Section I – Identification, Put "Citizen" or "Self", do not enter the railroad.
Section II – Representation, Enter “concerned citizen".
Section III – Position, You will be a "PROPONENT".
Section IV – Testimony, click "Record of Appearance Only".
Then click on "Create slip" button.
