MNPPR back in Yard 9
The mnppr is back in yard 9 and l yarded it a week ago.. We had to put it away in blocks basically doing the yard guys work for them. We had to load 4 tracks and make 2 handoffs to the relay and cp crews on 20m about 7 moves were done. Is there a claim for excessive moves?
