Belvidere RCO Implementation
I put the Carrier (Jason Reed) on notice today that there will be no Implementation of RCO at Belvidere without first adhering to the requirements under the 2002 National Agreement. It is the Carrier's intent to establish this New Operation at Belvidere. We will keep you informed on what is happening regarding this issue as we get more information.
