New Hire Training
The organization is currently in the process of evaluating the training provided by the carrier.
If you would, specifically to the latest round of our new members. List deficiencies you have experienced in the program, areas you see could use improvement and express your ideas on things that the organization could assist you with during your training and on-boarding phases.
We’re not here to bash, but constructively discuss these issues. Hopefully, utilizing this feedback to improve and create finite processes to allow us as an organization to develop our members in to the professionals we are. This will also allow us to create a dialogue between the organization and the carrier to afford us an outline of standards that align with our training agreements and maintain a checks/balances baseline to hold the carrier accountable, as well.
