Do we have any updated information on this situation? Is there a contract being written for anybody going over, what are our choices? What are they going to do with seniority, is there prior rights agreements in the works? Is the territory going to remain split between EA1/NE2 or will the territory/seniority be dovetailed upon completion of the transition and what will happen to the CFT members working in Commuter, will they be able to transition as well?
Just seems odd, that these conversations are not currently being discussed openly and the membership hasn’t received an update from the organization as of yet. These discussions may take place at a Union Meeting, but some transparency via this platform may answer some questions as we all can't get to a meeting.
