METRA Section 6 Poll
I was asked by the General Chairman's office to poll the members in METRA to see what we want to be included in the contract negotiations with the carrier. Put in writing any and all current claims as contract provisions, such as two crew members for every assignment, OTC parking, extra pay if the conductor does the back-up, 3rd party transportation for deadheads, OTC work facilities, napping facilities, wifi at all work locations, and no gaps in the conductor window hours of operation.
