Dear Local Chairman
I am a member in good standing. I have paid dues for over 2 decades. I served tenure as a union representative. I have seen many Local Chairman come and go. I want no more than any union member wants. I want information. I want to know how to navigate this shit show of a transfer to being a Metra employee.
Can you please provide the requested information that you said you would provide. You ran your platform on the idea of sharing and disseminating information. We created this app and the current website to facilitate these very things. We pay you FULL TIME wages to perform these and many other functions you claimed you wanted to accomplish. Why now do you take a stand and refuse me policies that you claim to already have in your possession?
Why do you refuse to acknowledge the work YOU said you would accomplish? If the file is too large to email, why not post it on the website for all too see? You wouldnt even have to respond to me. Dont pass me off to someone else to deal with, DO YOUR JOB. Its the only job you have and we pay top dollar for it every single month. Dont be another politician and say one thing but do another. Honor your word.

Just another note regarding Tom Bakr. He's paid for an 8 hour day, but he spends more than that preparing for investigations and other union functions. To say "do your job" like hes supposed to be working 24 hours a day is fucking absurd. He does what he needs and should do, and then some. Ol' Chadwick wants someone who's is working every second of the day, and he's not even in the fucking local.
