IMPORTANT: ROAD / METRA VAC ROSTERS ARE NOT SHOWING ACCURATE ALLOCATIONS

We had fully expected the Carrier to have completed vacation assignments and close up vacation rosters by today 1/1/26. Unfortunately, the they have not completed this process, and open allocations are not showing accurate. For example, the last 5 weeks on the 80TN roster are showing open, when in fact they just weren't assigned at the person who should have received them. Those weeks are NOT available - but they show.


Since open allocations are not accurate and not available, my hands are tied on swaps with open weeks. While I can trade vacations between two people, I cannot accept any requests for OPEN ALLOCATIONS (road and Metra rosters). Again: I can only accept and process TRADES between TWO PEOPLE.


READ CAREFULLLY: 


NO open allocation requests for road/metra rosters will be accepted, AND I will have to clear out EXISTING requests because they were based on inaccurate information provided by the carrier. I will have to clear out existing requests because they were based on inaccurate information provided by the carrier.


Once manpower tells me that they have locked up allocations on the ROAD rosters, I will post here, and once again I will accept open allocation requests. While there may be ZERO allocations available once they finish their process (it is TIGHT scheduling with usually NO weeks available) I will notify you HERE regardless.


Sorry for the confusion, it's chaotic on my end as well. But, as always, I wanted to be up front and ahead with everyone. Hope everyone has a Happy New Year.. -KJ
