Why can't people with several missed calls, no shows and people in LA status be moved to a bump board to free up jobs so people that want to work aren't forced to sit on their bump or go to awrr? It's insanely frustrating to watch those positions float on by everyday that could be filled by someone willing to show up for their job and paychecks! At least 2 people on the G3 extra board are not showing up anymore. Another Kennedy all over again.....
It also doesnt help that half the board is a constant rolling layoff.
