Memorandum and Letter of Understanding for METRA
The attached Memorandum and Letter of Understanding (MOU)/(LOU) were received today from the General Chairman's office regarding Filling Vacancies Temporarily for METRA and Paid Parental Leave Agreement.
The Letter of Understanding (LOU) from UP Labor Relations to the General Chairman states that UP will continue to provide manpower as the last source of supply to fill temporary vacancies until the final wave of UP employees complete their transition to METRA.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is from METRA Labor Relations to the General Chairman allowing time served at UP to be used to satisfy the eligibility requirements for the Paid Parental Leave Agreement with METRA.
