AWTS Misuse Reporting

I have been getting non stop calls on my off days today was 1016 am 1043 am 1238 1612 1720 these were the times I spoke to cms who said I was innoa for rules come to find out they refuse to put me in oa for rules and continue to call me to try and take trains rather then add to the boards I was told to put this here for record I have call iss to put do not call me on off days which is noted on my screen and yet I get more calls on off days than ever before
