The INVEST Act (with all our transportation provisions, including two-person crew, bus driver assaults, Amtrak funding and Yardmasters Hours of Service) will be brought to the House Floor for debate and final vote. The INVEST Act is part of a $1.5 trillion infrastructure bill. There are 170 proposed amendments that will be considered on the floor (as of this writing, there are no amendments to strike any of the rail and bus provisions from the Act).
