How is the points for Metra different from everyone else. Thought we were all on the same attendance policy? So Metra gets fewer points for a lay off and the best weeks of vacation.

Now that is the type of information that we are looking for. I have just reached out to Sean McGovern for further information. It looks like they just copied over last years bulletin without updating it in accordance with the Carrier's policy?
