Let's hear it....
Several major things stick out to me about PEB 250 recommendations as currently written.
1) the $1000 service bonus payments in lieu of an actual percentage increase. - I would prefer that the .9 % GWI equivalent be added instead.
2) healthcare cap of 15% being removed - a new cap should be set if it has to be removed.
3) additional paid holiday provides NO benefit to me personally.
4) carrier withdrawing crew consist is HUGE.
5) The fact the carrier takes all the credit for thier record profits and gives zero credit to the people who made it happen says all I ever needed to know about our current leadership.
What sticks out to you?

False information, 15% cap removal was not in the PEB recommendation.
