Did you make more than $131,000 total gross in railroad income? Because you worked for UPRR & Metra, you probably over paid your Tier 2. Add up your tier 2 payments, do they equal more than $6409.20? Any amount more than $6409.20 is your over payment amount. Fill out an IRS form 843 to claim you over payment refund.
