Rumors say there was a meeting last week between SMART-TD and METRA about Commuter, so what happened??
I was not at the meeting, it was Luke Edington and Michael Moore. The Local Chairman met with them afterwards. The gist of the meeting was that METRA was receptive to establishing an agreement for the work in the districts. Also, it was confirmed in the after meeting that METRA did file an appeal to the verdict on the Common Carrier Obligation suit.
