Vacation Trades

Yard may now trade with members of the 528 on the same Vacation List.

This is the means for facilitating the changes that come about through the forum and in the field. Once the two parties decide to make a trade, they will both send an email which will include Name, Vacation List, Emp# and the agreed trade terms, it will then be printed and facilitated. This print out will be kept on file for the calander year. The same process applies to open allocations requests.

Any trades will be made after January 1st on a first come first serve basis.

Any questions regarding vacations please contact any of your representatives.

Just so everyone is aware, nothing has changed regarding procedures for requesting vacation trades with others or open allocations. Some of you are still trying to use the UP system to request trades. This system is NOT monitored for such requests. The process remains via E-MAIL ONLY.
