LAST CALL FOR VACATIONS First off, I’m going to say this once: Only ROAD members can submit their vacation via computer. CFT people need to print out the form (on the front page of the SMART TD site) and FAX it to the number on the sheet. Or, scan the completed sheets, make them into PDF’s (many print/scanners can do this in one step for you), and send to vacationtrade577.com IF YOU SUBMITTED YOUR VACATION REQUEST VIA COMPUTER THROUGH CMS, THAT INFORMATION WILL NOT GET TO ME BY THE TIME WE DO VACATIONS, AND IT WILL BE TREATED AS THOUGH YOU DIDNT SUBMIT ONE
