Report Failures

The failures in route website went live late last month, and we received some good info from it, but we need more volume. Some areas, even entire states, have yet to turn in a single failure. Now that means that 1. You have the best locomotives, cars, track, and engineers in the system, or 2. The failures are not being reported. Please go to the link and make a brief report if you have a failure in route. It takes less than two minutes to complete.

Look for hours of service violations and 4-hour break links to be added to the site soon.

I appreciate your help. Stay safe.
