Scheduled day off questions for the extra board
1. Are the days off connected to the slot or the person?
2. If you jump on the extra board do you get days off based on the least utilized sequence, next available sequence, or choice?
3. Can you get bumped for your slotted days off?
4. If we agree to a scheduledbdays off sequence that includes smart rest does the smart rest diminish your days off or do you end up with more than the number of 24 hour periods?
5. Does the number of slotted days off changed during various seasons?
6. If you jump boards do you keep your current rotation or change to a new rotation?
7. Can you get bumped on your days off?
8. Can you change boards to mark up sooner than your days off?
9. How does the days off affect the guarantee calculation?
10. How does days off affect holiday pay?
11. If your vacation lines up so your regular days off happen when you are supposed to mark up do you get those days, or do you lose them and start a different days off rotation?
12. Does this agreement change the arrangement for regular jobs that have two days off if the scheduled days program has more days?
13. Does smart rest take away your bonus day?
14. What happens if we agree to 11-4 and catch federal rest?
Do you come back, work 3 days, and then have 4 days off?
Do you come back, and work 5 days (11 total work days) and have 4 days off?
Do you come back, work 5 days, and (11 total work days) and have 2 days off?
15. Will the company create a CMTS page where you can see your scheduled days off, weeks in advance, based on your current rotation?
16. Isbthe current attendance policy part of the scheduled days off program, or separate, and subject to change as the company see fit?
17. If you end up with 24 hours off because the company does not call you does that change anything in your rotation besides resetting the number of days until federal rest?
18. Does this change the number of vacation slots for different weeks?
19. Does scheduled days off count as hours off or specific days off?
20. If the company calls you at 2359 the night before your scheduled days off do you just lose those hours to work?
