Our agreement organization is working diligently at all levels to rectify this situation. It will take all our members to remain steadfast in identifying the areas which need improvement and report those issues. Also, as peers we need to take the extra time needed to translate our experience and transfer that knowledge to our newer brothers and sisters. And, we must maintain integrity and rules compliance when required to be in a role of giving training and/or familiarization. As always, if you encounter questions in regards to rules and understanding/application/interpretation but haven’t been able to get an answer from the management team. Please reach out to me and I’ll help the best I can, if I don’t know the answer, I’ll be sure to reach out to the person who does. Please relay to our recent hires as well, if they’re in a position of performing a task they’re unfamiliar with or encounter a situation or rule they may not know, call me. I will do my best to help them however I can, or reach out to someone who can and cares to help.

Should probably schedule this for another meeting… There will be plenty of discussion and items on the agenda… No need to side track those items or extend the meeting in bumfuck Egypt to any later than it has to be…

This should of been an open discussion between all members of the local, not just those able to make it to one particular meeting… I guess, maybe like an open poll or vote like on many other issues brought up in this forum?

Why the fuck would the restaurant and Cogan & Power have any weight in coordinating OUR meeting location?

I’d like to personally thank @Karl Joost for his efforts, as well as every Brother and Sister that tirelessly fought, presented precedence, argued and produced articles of our agreements that may have aligned with our request all the while assisting in reaching a timely, fair and favorable resolution to this issue.

Then I would like to see the Assigned Service Agreement be reworded and retooled around whatever language would apply, shall there be no major impact on guarantee and/or rate of pay. To hopefully increase the guarantee and/or rate of pay in regards to the current pay schedule.

Greatest concern would be how either the scheduled off days and/or “smart rest” options would negatively affect guarantee payment for the boards that are eligible. I would avoid the 4/1 schedule all together, no valuable time off for planned medical events and/or quality family time afforded. 5/2 or 6/3 look desirable, but again, greatest concern is the potential negative impact on guarantee for those periods.
