Metra Bulletins
How is it possible that the new Metra Bulletins are for extra boards at Elburn? We haven't had them before. Example is bulletin #9787.
Also bulletin #9792 says it's for a conductor but it's on the XT80 board.

What needs to happen is nobody and I mean absolutely nobody bids any of these jobs. They will either put this issue to a vote amongst membership, or they can figure out how they’re gonna run the line with no fucking employees We hold all the power.
