Should we make Conductor and Brakeman boards NON Preferred; let members have more choices where they can go using seniority?
UPDATE: Greetings, after talking to our Local Chairperson Bakr I have a big picture understanding why commuter extra boards are best as preferred boards. The stability of manpower numbers on the boards is essential in providing reliable on-call resources to run scheduled trains every day of the week. Thanks again @Tom Bakr for your time explaining the bigger picture.
