Once again and/or still... Car foreman downtown has ZERO hand sanitizer to replace missing or empty dispensers in the lavatory on the train cars.
I am aware of the situation, so is Dean Ridder, Sean McGovern, Josh Hendrickson and Lisa Stark. Robert guy has taken a personal interest in this situation downtown and has been monitoring it daily.
