Election of Local Officers
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Under the provisions of Article Twenty-One B (21B), Section 57, of the SMART
Constitution, elections of Local Officers as described by Section 56 (President, Vice President,
Secretary and Treasurer, Board of Trustees, and in certain circumstances, Collectors), Legislative
Representative, Alternate Legislative Representative, Delegate, and Alternate Delegate will be
held by all by all Transportation Division Locals in November 2023.
