What are my obligations to the ICC?

Most of the time the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) is there to look at the carrier's property. In my dealings with them they are pretty laid back. Some inspectors are former railroaders, so they understand what you're dealing with. I attached what they're responsible for in Illinois as far as rail is concerned.
