30 day rule
I spoke with the General Chairmans office this morning regarding the 30 day rule. Last year we were told at our local meeting that you must be on your job for 30 days, regardless if you bid another assignment. This morning I have been told that this applies to the throwing up of an assignment. You may be awarded a standing bid or a bulletined assignment. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused, but I wanted it posted here to stand as record.
