Brothers and Sisters,
The SMART TD General Chairpersons have been advocating against the abuse of the discipline policies, lack of safety programs, and need for increased training of new hire employees to Labor Relations and the Operating Department. Little progress has been made in these discussions, so we escalated our concerns to EVP Gehringer today. We’ll continue to update you as things progress.
